Transfer My Website and a Few Tweaks

I've just signed up with a new host provider for my website: "Just Host" which uses: cPanel X (Drupal, Joomla and PHP) to create websites. I've already designed the site in the Office Live environment and would like someone to help me transfer it over. I'd also like to have some scrolling; like on the home page of the website: rentacoder,the only difference is I'd like it to stop for a bit and then continue scrolling. I'd like a horizontal carousel of pictures as well. I also need to add my LinkedIN and YouTube info to the site. Maybe a podcast or video. Pretty simple stuff with only a couple of decisions or two to be made to finish it. If you think you could help me make the above mentioned tweaks in cPanel X, I'd like to hear from you right away.
