VirtueMart - vTiger Sync

We need a virtuemart extension that automatically synchronizes one way from virtuemart (latest version v2.5?) to vtiger (latest version v5.4?), but can sync records back to virtuemart if needed (manually). I would need the following sync'ed from virtuemart to vtiger: • Contacts (if not exist create / else update) • Sales order from virtuemart orders (if not exist create / else update) • Products (if not exist create / else update) So auto one way sync from virtuemart to vtiger, but allow user to sync back to virtueamart manually (button in same place the current user interface allows to send email/sms from a list view)
