Astronomy/Astrology development on php mysql(repost)

Hi, We have finished some of the software we had given this bid for so here is what is remaining: Instead of Delphi program which we found to be too difficult for coders to do, we have made a php wrapper to access the DLL. I am including what has already been done and what is remaining: My requirements are 1. Displays planets position based on system date, time and place (done already) 2. Displays chart of the same (still working on and needs to be done) 3. Displays astroclock with 60 sec in chart form 5. Allows entry of birth info date, time place of birth prints planets and chart 6. Automatically inserts atlas info (interacts with ACS atlas. Another coder is finishing this and we will just follow the same methodology but included as part of this project). 7. Prints aspects between planets (done) 8. Allows entry of two charts and prints comparison (done) 9. Shows icons of planets and aspects (done) 10. Transits for duration required in months (to be done) 11. Begin Reports module: Natal report, 12 Month transit and Compatibility 12. Graphs of planets and aspects between several charts 13. Storage of charts data in db would already have been done 14. Ability to insert any field from emails to clients 15. Ability to search db for planets positions or aspects I already have an ephemeris of planets and asteroids in the php wrapper. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php mysql
