I need ip rotation done on interspire, I also need fantistico installed on my cpanel and my nameservers merged.

I need ip rotation done on interspire and domain keys dk, spf etc although this may not be as much of a requirement because I believe I may have done this myself while creating accounts in WHM but whoever is awarded the project can check to be sure, I also need fantistico installed on my cpanel and my nameservers merged so that My sites load the ips for the sites load but not the domain themselves. I need a video of the whole process done from start to finish. My budget is $20 because this is a very simple project I have interspire already installed, I had someone cancel the project midstream for no valid reason I believe there were certain aspect of the project that they could not do and instead of telling me this they simply canceled so as to not come across as ignorant and to avoid getting negative feedback, I would not have given him negative feedback if he had just explained that he could not do certain things rather then cancelling for no apparent reason
