Blockchain explorer for cryptocurrencies

I'm looking for someone who can grab data from different blockchains. I'm trying to get the historical data from the blockchains of various cryptocurrencies and continually grab data from them. I don't know anything about how to do this or what the best way to do this is. I'm assuming I would need to download the blockchain for whatever coin I'm interested in but I don't know what needs to be done from there. If you think you know how to do this please message me and if I need to adjust the budget I can. For this job lets just focus on 1 coin - Litecoin. I currently don't mine but will be soon. I have the Litecoin-qt downloaded and the blockchain sync'd. If we can deal with Litecoin then I will create a new project for a new coin and we'll do the same thing. Mainly I'm looking to keep track of the difficulty with respect to time and the network hash rate. If there is software or a solution already available then let me know but I doubt there is for all of the coins that will output data I can use.
