5843 Investopedia Clone

I need a clone of the site investopedia.com. I am not looking for the content, but need to be able to control all of the content from the back end. The layout of the site should be similar to how investopedia has been designed. Basically, I am just looking to have someone design the layout and admin section so that all I have to do is add the content. I currently have a forum script that will be used for the boards section. The simulator is not necessary, so you will not be responsible for developing that component of the site. I will need to be able add advertisements from the admin area as well.
