I do not have any idea what sort of programming languages you will need to use in order to complete this project. I will be using the paddy power live roulette to "GAMBLE" I need someone to create a tool for me according to my specific requirements. Tool will need to be able to capture and record live information from an open window from anywhere between 1 hour and 100 hours ! I will also need another tool to actually place bets according to a rule with and customizable betting amounts. I will send over the specific document with details ( these are simple enough) :)
