Add New Menu To Existing Webpage

I need a new menu adding to an existing webpage. Menu must fit in with current design and colours, and i want it to function like the [login to view URL] one This is where there are 3 levels of menu, please take a look at godaddy as it needs to function in this way. I need the menu to be done the same way where the menu is in the main body of the page. Also i need clear comments within the page to show menu start and finish so it is easy to copy and paste to new page. Menu must be easy to edit by myself and still look good when amount of menu items changes. I will supply current page, css and images folders. All changes to CSS and Images must be clearly explained when completed.
