oscommerce simple contribution tweak

We have an old osc website MS2 that is using a modified version of the information manager contribution. On the menu, only 1 page shows, which is the parent page. When you click on the parent page, the child pages show underneath and the parent page content shows in the body of the page. What we need is the code modified so that if the parent is clicked, the child pages show in the menu (as it does now) but on the main page, it always redirects to Information_id = 1 if the parent is clicked on. If a child link is clicked on it must still go to the correct page that the user clicked on. I am attaching the menu file and the main file for this. Please let me know if you have any questions. This is a very quick and simple fix.
