Application To Generate CGI/PHP Scripts

I need an application written in VB or Delphi that would generate CGI and PHP scripts based upon values entered by the user. The application would create scripts that would validate entry points, and redirect visitors if not from a designated URL, i.e. if user enters [login to view URL] as a protected page and [login to view URL] as the linked page. Then the only way for users to get to the download page is to go through the sales page. Also, the generated script would need to create a temporary url for the download page, so that after a number of minutes, hours, or days the url would not be valid. This value would be entered by the application interface before the script is generated. In addtion software would also generate a script to track affiliate signups, and members. For example if affliate xyz signsup to sell widgets usings the affiliate script, the script would send a notification email that a new affiliate signed up, and add them to my database, and automatically send a pre-designed email message to the new affiliate. The software would also generate a script for the user that can be used in any browser to view the affliate list, and add, delte, edit the list. Also, send bulk notices to the affiliates lists. The software would also have configurable values that the user could use to create new scripts, such as "name", "address", "city", etc. This software would allow the user to create scripts that can be used with affiliate and payment systems such as "Clickbank" ,"Paypal", or "2checkout". ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Trial for 15 days. ## Platform All Windows platforms.
