Petition Script Install and Modification

I am in the process of creating a website that will be set up as a petition, against a law that my local Assembly is trying to pass. I will design the homepage for the site, but I need the petition part created. The script seems to have already been mostly created, and will just need modifications. The site for the script is: <[login to view URL]>. The design for the petition part of my site will come from <[login to view URL]>. So basically I am looking for a similar page layout as the one on [login to view URL] (from the start of the number one down through the privacy statement, which I will modify anyway) driven by the petition system from chimicon.com. Listed below are my requirements for the petition: **Note** My website is currently hosted at [login to view URL], and I am running a Windows Server. The site gives me the choice to use either MSQL or Microsoft Access databases. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED ZIP FILE FOR COMPLETE LIST OF REQUIREMENTS! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The current server set-up is a Windows Machine hosted at [login to view URL] However, they told me my account can be changed over to Linux in about an hour, if the project requires linux. Also, I have the use of 10 MSQL databases and a Microsoft Access Database. There is also a mailserver that I can use with the account.
