2nd Request - Need a Multi-Player Chat game based on Yahtzee

*2nd Request - WE NOW HAVE A BUDGET!!! Looking for a yahtzee based game, a carbon copy to what can be found at [login to view URL] With enhancements to suit our needs, some of those would be, but are not limited to: 1) Four (4) Varations of the game, a Classic, Painted, Triple and a Battle Yahtzee 2) In chat, and game play, a few sound effects that can be easily added or removed by an administrator control panel 3) A player rating system, all players will start at a 1200 rateing, and earn a higher or lower rating according to wins or loses, there is a mathmatical equation to this, players will have a colored DOT to indicate what level they are on. 4) The lobby and gaming table should have scolling chat, allowing the user to change colors, font, and have the aforementioned sound effects 5) A game table should have a min. of 1 player for someone that wants to play alone, and a max. of 6 players at a table 6) Different user levels and a player editor as part of the administrator. Different level should allow for players to be have specific functions: Level 1 - Would be a general user, standard controls Level 2 - Added options for control over the room and chat Level 3 - Administrator, to have total control If possibile a user editor to assign and create different levels, by either giving keys to commands, via a yes or no to an option. 7) Allowing the up arrow to repeat the users last action in chat 8) A level controled timer Please see the attached .ZIP file for further information ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
