OurRXCard Initial Application Development Needs

A brief summary of Version 1.0 is to design an online application website that lets an End User (EU) create a Free Personalized or Generic Pharmacy Discount Card. Once they input their data, a card is created that they can print out and take to any pharmacy and receive significant discounts on all their drug prescriptions. A back end password protected mySQL DB tracks the EU sign ups and has reporting capabilities, an individualized thank you email is generated to each EU and in later versions a periodic informational newsletter will be generated and sent too. ## Deliverables
