Hi All, I currently have a website which accepts bookings via a Google Form and uses Zapier to connect the form responses to create the calendar event. The wordpress website displays the calendar using a plugin. I need a way to cancel the events. Either by sending an email with some details in subject line to remove the event or if the form can be utilised in a better way to have a list of the events on the website with the eventID and be able to click a link to remove from the calendar. the google calendar is un-manned so logging in to delete event is not really possible. Dear alamarhaulage, I would like to help you come up a solution for this. First of all, since zapier is used which is quite unconventional to trigger a calendar event, it is best to reuse zapier to cancel the event to avoid complications in the app. My first question is, why not make another form and list all events allowing users to cancel it, send cancels as form responses and eventually reuse zapier to actually cancel the calendar event ?
