Website redesign completion

I am in the process of having a redesign on my site and putting everything into Joomla. The designer I am working with is not hitting deadlines and is unable to create a couple of the features of my current site. These features on my current site (a zen cart site) are completely custom php code. They have no script premade and have no support or documentation. I need someone who can reliably move all the data from the zencart site to the new joomla with commerce site and create all the custom scripts. Please pm me if you think you are up to the task. Then I will send you in the direction of the site and you can look at what I want done in greater detail. Then I will expect another pm where you tell me how you intend to accomplish the items on the list.
