Hi, We are a water ionisation company that uses copper and silver ions to treat Legionella in water systems. We do extensive sampling across the country and have created an app that generates QR codes for each of our sample points. We then use another app to rescan the qr code and add other info such as a GPS stamp, time and date for each sample, add various other fields of data and take a pic. The samples we take are then sent to Alcontrol - our lab - and are processed and published on their web based @mis system, which publishes all the results. We want to integrate these two systems (lab and our app generated data) into one password protected login page for each of our clients to log onto, essentially creating a one stop shop for them and their results. Therefore we wanted to be able to take our set results and link them up with the real-time in field data generated by our samplers. We then want this site to have various functions, such as the ability to alert the client if there is a positive result, task members of our team, view there schedule/calendar, give set advise according to the level of the results, graph and analyse the data etc etc. We are looking to either: 1. Create a username and password protected cloud based login that publishes field generated data (GPS location, various fields of data and an image - that are stored as online spreadsheets - although various storage options are available) and link this data up with lab based test results (Legionella, TVC - total viable count of bacteria, pnedonomas samples, silver and copper sample) into one centralised area. It would be cool to be able to instantly generate graphs from these results as well ad have them visualised on the website. 2. If the above is too expensive then we are looking to have a password protected website that essentially acts as a platform to redirect the client to the systems that we use to represent the unlinked data. Dear Sir, I have read your Project Description and understand the high level requirements of your CMS website but as you know that cost of any Application depends on the overall features, so may I request you to please provide me some reference/example websites, just to give me an idea? Or can you write it down high level features/tasks in a word document, I mean you don't have to write big paragraph but just a bullet point features/tasks. Hello, My name is Adrian. I represent a software development company and we are looking for a long term relationship with you. From what I understand the two apps that you already have take the data and store it on some online spreadsheets. If you have another way of storing the raw data please let me know. And you need a website that will display these results per client. The first thing we need to do is to know how to correlate a client from the website with the data in the website. We will need explanations on the data that you save. To unite the data from the two apps should not be a problem as I understand there will be at least one point of connection in the data of the two apps. Also we can display graphs instantly from the data that we will have saved in the MySQL database. Another item that we need to discuss is how do we take the data from the apps and populate the MySQL tables. More important, we need a way to know when new data is added. We can do this in 3 ways. The best way would be for the app to call an API that we will build and give us directly the new data. Or when new data is added by the app in the spreadsheet, the app tells us there is new data and we go there and parse it and take it. The third way, which I would not suggest because there will be lags, is to set a cron job that will parse the spreadsheet for new info. We need to talk about the above items. Hello This is great project, join information from multiple origns and show all together. We can joint all the information in a server and when yu collect the samples across the country you can do'it onlyne. If you have connectivity problems we can buil this in two steps, collect water and sincronize the information when you have network and then you can give acess to that informatio to the client. I have made a similar project (similar problem to solve) to LG in portugal. Merchandisers work in Portugal and send information in real time (when they have network), or when the computer (phone, tablet) have netword sincronize the information, permits comunications to both sides. This system have alarms when they send informaitons of some tipes. I thin this can be made with, php, mysql and javascript(ajax). I work with php and mysql in last 10 years.
