Dear Client I have 3 different applications for whatsapp registration, Filter and message sending and are working very well. And all of them are Desktop c# application and i have one PHP application. I want to tell you that there is no need of Different IP address in desktop application because after retsrting Modem your IP address will be changed automatically.. thats a trick to save IP address buying cost. We have web based application to send text, video, image and audio message. Also register number and generating password included. We'll develop the same for desktop as required by you.
