We already have a web site built a math model done in PHP. The current math gives a projection from day one until the end of the loan with all things being constant throughout the life of the loan. We need the math modified to include "real time" calculations combining the old and new data going forward. These real time calculations are based on new numbers inputted at any given time throughout the life of the loan. We also need a database built that will save all the data for multiple users with different signons.
