**The position is responsible for assisting the HR (Human Relations) Division in the use, operation, maintenance, enhancement/growth of Information Technology. **
**Develops and maintains Information systems that have many complex interfaces and involve multiple platforms. This includes the Payroll Detail System and the interfaces to the Accounting Systems. ** **Works with HR staff to develop enhancements to the assigned systems. Advises on opportunities for improvement to processes.** **This position monitors the functioning of HR applications and systems and takes corrective action as required. **
## Deliverables
** IBM MVS Mainframe, Microfocus COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS required.** ** VM/CMS ,** **“ Crystal Reports??, ****Microfocus APS, JAVA, Microsoft Office, web development experience desired.**
