I would like to have a Software Project Management Plan based on following information. See Deliverables. Completed by Sunday November 12th by 2.00pm. ## Deliverables This is a homework project where you have to assume the following information in order to do the a SPMP: You are the leader of a three-person team. The other two programmers are Sally and Joel. Sally is the more senior of the two, an expert in Java. She is also competent in HTML and JavaScript. Joel is a new programmer. His expertise is in user interface design, and he is an expert HTML programmer. He can also prgram in Java and JavaScript. As a graduate, you are an expert in Java, HTML and Java Script, as well as in object-oriented design. Sally's salary is $78,000, Joel's $52,000 and yours is $93,000. Your team has been asked to implement a new registration system for a university. The requirements for the system follow. Your assignment is to create a software project management plan (SPMP) for the project. You can use your entire team or only a portion of it. **REQUIREMENTS** *Interface Requirements* IR-1: The program should be accessible through a web broweser. The program should support IE version 4.x and above, Netscape version 3.x and above, and Mozilla version 1.x and above. *Functional Requirements* FR-1: Students should be able to access their transcript. FR-2: Students should have access to their transcript only, not to somebody else's. (From FR-1) FR-3: Students should be able to view the courses offered for the following semester. The information displayed for each course should include course number, description, meting times, and classroom. FR-4: Students should be able to browse the courses per department. (From FR-3) FR-5: Students should be able to sign up for a course section. When a student signs up for a section the system will verify that the section is not full. FR-6: Students should be able to drop a class they are signed up for. FR-7: This requirement has been subsumed by FR-5 and FR-6. FR-8: Students should be able to see which courses they have signed up for. (Needed to support FR-6 and FR-7, and useful to confirm the results from FR-5.) FR-9: Students must be able to authenticate themselves with the system by giving their SSN and PIN. (From FR-2) *Integrety constraints* Note that these tests are performed after the student finishes registration, so it is possible to violate the constraints temporarily. IC-1: No student can sign up for two classes that meet at the same time. This test is to be performed after the student finishes the registration process. IC-2: No student can take more than 20 credit hours per semester. This test is to be performed after the student finishes the registration process. IC-3: No student can register for more than one section fo the same class. This test is to be performed after the student finishes the registration process.
