IR comm with embedded VB 3.0

I require a subroutine written in embedded Visual Basic. It must accomplish the following. 1. Generate a comm break similiar to the mscomm control through the IR port on the 3700 series iPAQ pocket PC. 2. Send a Hexidecimal value from the IR port on a 3700 series iPAQ Pocket PC without requiring a connection to the remote device or computer. 3. Be modular in nature so that source code can be re-used. 4. Provide a simple example of program in the form of an .vb executable so that results can be verified. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows CE, Embedded Visual Basic 3.0
