Ecommerce Solution

Hi, We are already selling on several channels and looking to take the next step - our own eCommerce website. All data must be stored in an access-database to integrate it in our existing system. Also export to search engines or shopping malls like froogle, kelkoo... As we sell our goods in different sizes and colors the shop must ask the costumer for the color/size he wants. We will send the costumer a Link by Email to make his choice. The special goods where the system must ask for are marked - all related products have the number of the main-article stored. It should have these functionalities: PUBLIC PAGES (anonymous or members viewable): A) Company profile - a page containing info about the company B) Members B.1) New Registration - the username is the email address - the password must be choosed at registration - the registration of new member need to be confirmed with a link into an e-mail - at registration form, new member can optionally provide the e-mail of another registered user (which is his referral). - the referral will receive an email at the end of member registration with a link to confirm he is agree. B.2) Member area - login form (username/passwd) - if member forgot the password, he can retrieve providing its username and the password will be sent via email. - member can edit its profile (also username) but cannot change choosen referral if supplied at registration form. - list of 1st-level categories subscribed B.3) Referrals program - list of members which registered indicating the member as referral - member must have an easy form to send invites to other friends via mail, containing a link to register becaming their referral B.4) Bonus threshold - list of bonus won by user - PLEASE NOTE: by now no bonus policies are defined, so this page must display a table B.5) Orders - summary list of placed orders - member can view detail of each order C) Product and Categories - products must be organized into a tree of categories (max 4 level of leafs), each one with name,description,picture, availaibility - the tree of categories must always be present on HomePage (left side). - when user choose a product or a sub-category, this category must be highlighted on the tree. - a product or category can be marked as "coming soon!" or be marked as available - the member can browse a category ONLY IF he subscribed the category. User is asked to subscribe the category when he tries to browse it. - product should have following attributes: - category, name, product description, product features, product technical specification, product size (3 dimensions), color availability, 3 x little picture (1st picture will be used for presentation), three big picture, availability (number of items), price, discounted-price, shipping price, warranty time, 2 x external link. D) Shopping Cart - a standard shopping cart using [Verifyed by Visa] and [standard bank wire transfer] payment methods - member can remove items from cart - member can update quantities of items (a check should be performed on availability) - member can proceed to payment - send all the necessary e-mail from/to member/administators required in order processing E) FORUM - a little forum where registered user must be able to post and reply articles (anonimous read-only), with timestamp, divided in categories F) Newspaper - a daily administrator-mantained page with articles and photo dedicated to fashion G) FAQ - most common questions - user must be able to send their questions if not listed THE LAYOUT: ----------- Home page composed by: - TOP band and upper left : company logo (logo realization not requested) and company name - Horizontal menu bar with items: Home, Welcome, MyAccount, My Referrals, Forum, Newspaper, FAQ, MyCart - LEFT: tree of categories, Send invite to friend - CENTER: 2 horizontal sections containing categories - upper section: max 4 of 1st-level categories marked as "available" - under section: max 4 of 1st-level categories marked as "coming soon" all the other pages will be displayed into CENTER section - FOOTER: other info (as Cart total, copyright, ecc ) ADMINISTRATOR PAGES (protected by administrator password) A) Members management - view/modify all member information - ability to send communications via email to a selected or to all members - ability to suspend members specifying a reson, which cannot logon anymore (reason displayed) B) Categories and management - insert/view/modify all categories information C) Products management - insert/view/modify all products information D) Orders - list of all orders - selected order detail - ability to change order status (entered, processing, shipping, cancelled) - ability to fiter by date/state E) Forum setup - setup forum arguments, - ability to close discussions F) Newspaper - insert/edit/delete articles with pictures - select/deselect if article will be showed into Newspaper section We prefer freelancers who already designed such a ecommerce solution - let us see what you work looks like.
