Build A Simple, Intelligent Website for Delivering Live Lessons on Mastering Manual Forex Trading

Hello, I need an experienced programmer to develop for me (WITHIN NEXT 48 HOURS) a simple, intelligent website through which I can deliver live lessons on daily basis (to clients worldwide) on mastering manual Forex trading. The website should have the following features: #1. Index Page with introductory information (to be provided) and: (a) Online Payment Buttons (for "ONE DAY" or "FIVE DAYS" lessons - please point #3. below) by which a customer can pay online (with debit or credit card) and have immediate access to the live lessons. (I currently have preliminary arrangements with a Payment Processing Company for accepting online payments.) (b) Buttons to automatically display "Live Lessons Going On" and "Live Lessons Closed" depending on whether there is live transmission as described in point #2(a) below. #2. Live lessons Page on which: (a) I should have integrated technical possibilities for real-time display of the screen of my computer on the top of the page, so that lesson attendees can clearly see my MT4 (MetaTrader4) trading terminal and how I open and close a trade. (b) I should have integrated technical possibilities to transmit in real-time my audio lessons to attendees. Attendees should have the option of "turning on" audio by pressing a button on the page. (c) Lesson attendees can ask voice or text question by either pressing an "Ask Voice Question" button or "Typing in Question by Text". #3. Password-Protected Database of Clients (Lesson Attendees): (a) The database should record attendees who paid for ONE DAY lesson and allow them access to lessons for ONLY ONE DAY. A "DAY" shall be counted as access to the lessons within ONE CALENDAR DATE/DAY, while an attendee shall have the option to log in and access live lessons several times within ONE CALENDAR DATE/DAY as long as he/she has paid for the ONE CALENDAR DATE/DAY. (b) The database should record attendees who paid for FIVE DAYS lessons and allow them access to lessons for ONLY FIVE DAYS. A "DAY" shall be counted as access to the lessons within ONE CALENDAR DATE/DAY, while an attendee shall have the option to log in and access live lessons several times within ONE CALENDAR DATE/DAY as long as he/she has paid for the ONE CALENDAR DATE/DAY. ATTENTION!!! (a) I am not paying any upfront money for this project, because I do not believe that there is a programmer who can develop such a website ONCE AND WITHOUT ANY ERRORS. Rather, I am looking for a programmer who can permanently work with me and accompany the website from its launching, maintain the website and earn an agreed percentage of revenues that the website shall generate every month. (b) I need a programmer who can have a prototype of the website ready within next 48hrs for my review and further decision.
