Build a website incorporating several elements provided

I have a theme purchased from themeforest, as well as several scripts (slider, gallery/lightbox, upload) that I need combined into 1 cohesive website. I am capable of providing all content and images myself, however, I need the theme and scripts put together the way I want them, before adding the content. The theme is html5/css3 with some jquery, the scripts are html5, css3, jquery, ajax, and php. I can provide the layout in which I would like these elements combined, however, I do not have the skills to do it myself... I would appreciate commenting in the code where changes were made and code was added or removed, so that I can follow what has been done. Files will be provided upon selection of a candidate. I am also considering applicants from odesk. I have already added content to some sections of both the website and scripts, so a non-disclosure agreement will be required. I would suggest that a skilled web programmer could complete this project in a few hours, as my attempts, although unsuccessful (mainly due to not knowing how to merge the css and js files) have only taken an hour or so each time. For those who are interested in featuring their work on this project in their portfolio, we are a service provider to the music/touring artist industry, so there may be a decent audience for your work (we generally work with mid-size international touring artists, hence the reason we need a more professional looking website).
