Finish Website

I currently have a website under development it is based off a Joomla Template and I need it finished it is Currently hosted at [login to view URL] and it’s not far from being finished. I will admit I am picky. What I need is for it to be completed to my Specifications. The Template being used can be viewed at [login to view URL] and i need to correctly incorporate a Live Help Chat that I have purchased which the Spec can be seen at [login to view URL] Additionally I need a Scheduler incorporated and it need to be incorporated so Multiple Appointments can be made for the same time frame, this needs to be adjustable by me, so if I want to set only Two Appointments for a Select time frame/service I can control that at will, I have purchased a Scheduler and the Specs on that can be viewed at [login to view URL]:components&id=528:appointment-book-manager&Itemid=902. I also have the addin which needs to remain so I can have my Web Site Manager make easier changes. This utility that I have purchased is already functional and the Spec on that can be viewed at [login to view URL] Outside of these things, I need to incorporate a shopping cart that will integrate with PayPal. I have not yet purchased a Shopping Cart but it has to integrate with PayPal and the Customer must never leave my site to checkout. Additionally I would like to have a Customer Login Area so Customers can Create an Account See their purchase history, Make Appointments, ets. and I would like the Customer info to go into a database of some type so that I can Send them Promotions etc. I also need to Incorporate a Remote Control Utility that I have Purchased, the Specs on this Utility can be viewed at [login to view URL], because the primary Service I offer through this Web Site is Tech Support and the Customer needs to be able to download this utility from the website to get Service after making the Purchase or Either Set an Appointment and once the Appointment is set I would like an email to be sent to the Customer with a link to download the Utility at the appointed time.. I have other thoughts so the person I select for this job needs to be able to work with me to make adjustments. The Services I offer is an uncompleted list can be seen my current site [login to view URL], on the new site I will need all Services covered. Just to let you know I like things to float especially the Chat that will be incorporated and I like things to look professional. If you bid on this Project I would like to see examples of active sites that you created. Also Completion time is not a big factor, but rather Quality and Perfection and everything working as desired.
