Joomla database - access database import

1. Access to Joomla: I need to import an old access database with information fields into Joomla 2.5 and generate it as articles. The database contains text fields and a link to a report as PDF. 2. Connect to a order form: Every PDF (report) has a unique number (year/number). You can download it for free or order a paperback from the order form. 3. List out under person: These reports are produced by different people in a small organization. We need to be able to list out this reports under each member of the organization (the author). 4. Search friendly design. We need to have a search field named "search for reports". Search is looking for metadata connected to the reports in the database and not list out things that isn't relevant from the rest of the structure, like information from the other web pages. 5. It needs to be able to update the database with new reports in the future thru Joomla. (write a new article function) If you have other clever ideas, do not hesitate to present them for us.
