Landing Page Programming & DataBase Management Solution

Hello Experts, We need to program a landing page for a Google AdWords Campaign with a very simple database management solution. We will be submitting everything regarding the design: •The landing page layout and design. •Al files in Illustrator, PSDs, JPGs, PNGs, everything. •Text and images. •Hosting info and ftp access. Those files must be used to create the landing page. WE JUST NEED THE PROGRAMMING! Some requirements of the landing page are: •The landing page will be used to create a Leads Database for a marketing campaign. •Must have a web form. •When people complete the form, they will automatically receive a Coupon via E-mail. •The E-Mail must have a fully customized message that grabs the information the user just submitted. •When the person completes the form, he must be moved to another page that functions as a Thank You page. •We need a solution to manage the data taken from the form entries, like a very simple database management system. •Must have great Call-To-Actions Buttons. •The landing page must be SEO Friendly. •The landing page will be in Spanish. •The Landing page must have sharing features.
