Online School

We are a little law school in Brazil. We work basically with online classes, offering live and on demand streaming videos. We stream live our classes, record and upload them to Vimeo Pro, Viddler and Livestream. Then we get the embed code and put it on the students area. They are allowed to see the videos 3 times. We have a control panel, in which we can see how many times the students saw the video, and, if necessary, provide more access. They cannot access the videos from difference computers at the same time. We have the ability to create different classes on our system. We have a webstore to our students buy access to classes. We have reports of everything. We are integrated with Pagseguro (we need paypal too). Our site is Joomla 1.5 (very old) but our system in which students have access to the classes is asp.net (web forms C#). The problem is that we have no integration. When the student make a purchase, pagseguro inform us and we need to manually ad the student to our system, which is not good for us. We need automatization. The student must have access to the videos right before he make the purchase. We need paypal integration too. We need live chat, for our live webstreaming classes. We need to upload material (pdf, doc etc.) to the students area. And we need everything a online shcool and a elerning system usually offer. We are seeking a new website/system, with everything we already have and more (as previous explained). Please, WE NEED DEVELOPERS WITH EXPERIENCE IN THIS SUBJECT. PELASE, DO NOT BID IF YOU'VE NEVER DONE WHAT WE NEED. WE ARE GOING TO AWARD THE PROJECT TO A DEVELOPER THAT SHOW US A GOOD AND PREVIOUS WORK IN THIS AREA. The website must be in pt_BR (brazilian portuguese). We will provide translation, if necessary.
