PHP Mysql Web Application [ Employee Job Task ]

Hello , I want to hire php programmer who can develop php web application follow by my requirement . The main idea of this project is the script that can provide my employee to request the job , assign job to employee or department , job task update .. etc. For example engineering department request to order new software from internet . So The must to adding new job task to the system . Then our boss will look at the job and take assignment to sale department. Sale department can update information about this job task like “First day after job is assigned we contact to software reseller and the price is ……” “Second day we contact to other company and the price is …. “ . After sale department finish this job task they should be mask the job as finish . Then after job task is finish status our boss will checking it and change it to complete or re-open it again . This is my requirement 1. PHP Programing and MYSQL Database design 2. Website should be clean ( white color template ) 3. Finish within 7-10 Days (for the first period) and after first period pass you will have 3weeks for fixing bug (Website mockup and main fuction should be finish within first period ) 4. No graphic require ( Just only simple graphic ) 5. Website layout and functionality is in my attachment 6. Default user password for admin is admin/admin 7. You should to create admin backend too.
