Hi, I would like to have a website built with the requirements below. Once built, ideally I would like to be able to administer, add and amend pages myself (I'm not a developer). I am open to suggestions and ideas on the best way to do this. • Website with similar function to Rightmove (property portal) • Non registered buyers can search for properties (usual type of usage for this site) • Users can “draw a search” on a map rather than use postcode and radius. • User Accounts for Estate Agents to: o Create property adverts o Upload photos o Manage their properties and buyers who have expressed an interest o Pay Rightmove one off or regular payments o Email alerts from buyers requesting more details • User Account for buyers to: o Save properties they like o Save searches o Enable email alerts for saved searches • Record count: o Estate Agent accounts: 50,000 o User Accounts: 200,000 o Properties advertised: 500,000 • Compliance and Security: o PCI DSS compliant for card payments o Compliant with Data Protection Act o Protect against web/screen scrapping o Protect against those who try to extract data from the site without permission • Mobile device friendly with downloadable applications (“Phase 2” of the project) • Enable Buyers and Estate Agents to email each other
