Sunshop Shopping Cart Template Redesign

Hi I am looking to have my website redesigned. ([login to view URL]) I have an online book store website that uses Sunshop shopping cart. I am using one of Sunshop's default templates currently. This site is up but we are not taking orders at this time. The home page will have a specific design with a banner advertisement towards the top and then books listed below. Once the user navigates to a category of books they should be able to browse books that are displayed in 4 columns. If submitting a bid on this project you need to be skilled in HTML, PHP and MySQL. I would like to have an adjustment to the code, currently for each product there is a field for “manufacturer” and is displayed on the webpage under the price. I would like this to be changed to “Condition”. The programmer must be able to communicate fluent English and this project needs to be completed in 15 days of being accepted. I do not want any Proprietary code with this project. I am looking to spend around $140 to $200 dollars. Examples of the look we are going for.
