template in 24 hours

hi, i have a script that has been specially made for me, however my coder who made it deosnt know anything about designs, so i am here looking for someone that can quickly make a template for this script within the next 24 hours and integrate it into the script. The script uses basic html,php,css for its current templates and so on, also i can provide a jpg file of how i want the template to look like for further refrence or if you need help, payment will be made after i have the template installed on my server, and i dont agree to using milestones or escrow because of previous bad experiance. So please only bid in accordance and only bid if you can do such thing within 24 hours quickly. Thanks.
