Web site design work

We have a web site and health platform that we have spent years building. However while we have been building it the web has evolved and our look on some pages it out of date, so we need a "freshening" up a bit and some design work done to make the site and some pages more 2.0 Looking to build a relationship with a top level designer that can help us now AND in the future as we will have ALOT of work in the future as we grow and also add more websites. We ideally would like to have one person who we can count on for the foreseeable future and can work with on a consistent basis. We treat everyone that works here and with us with the upmost respect and we appreciate your time. We don't expect miracles and we want you to most importantly be happy with everything we do and all that we are involved with. With that being said, communication is an absolute must and we must communicate often so that all parties know where we are at with tasks, and when we will get to the end of each task. This is an obvious important factor! Anyways I look forward to hearing from you and possibly building a long lasting relationship
