Wordpress Site Update with Bespoke Functionality

We built this : [login to view URL] At the foot of the page is a link to a 'Resource Centre', if you click it, it takes you to a different site which we need to recreate, not fully. The recreation will be on the site we built above, and will need to include the additional functionality to allow specific users to login and view certain hidden pages which will have downloadable documents on them. There are two types of users, and will need to create the functionality to be able to create new users. Hub and Teleagent When the Teleagent logs in through the front end, they can view and amend their own profile page, and they can also search for a hub. When a Hub logs in through the front end, they can view and amend their own profile page, and they can search for a Teleagent, plus they have access to the following pages.
