We are looking to create a hosted web based helpdesk solution. Perhaps PC Helpware as the remote platform with Portlets to allow our clients to auto enroll there company and view only the PC's for their company. We want them to be able to view them, view cpu usage, mem usage, installed service packs, and installed software etc. We also want them to be able to remote a specific machine in there company. But we want the user to have to autorize the connection from the administrator. The reason we need a web based solution is so that the administrator can log in via a web interface and take control of a pc from any machine they may be on at the time. We also need to look at having it be able to sent emails based on predefined system alerts. This project will start small and grow into a much larger full time project.
