Vector format for colored GOBO

I need to have someone replicate my Logo from the included zip file and also add some text in a circle around the logo. This design will be used to project light through the image and onto the floor using a commercial light source such as a spotlight. The image that you create will be sent to a GOBO producer that applies the image to glass so that the color in your design will show through. The projected image will be approx 8.1 ft in diameter and will be slowly rotating in a circle on the floor of our retail store. I imagine the Logo being in the center with "Thank you for choosing us"!" on the top half of the logo and that text will be laid out in a arch from the 9:00 o'clock position to the 3:00 o'clock position. On the lower half of the circle I want to have our telephone number with area code laid out in a semi circle also. (228)467-7777 The reason for the semi circle on top and bottom is due to the GOBO slowly spinning in a circle. Since the projected image will be 8.1 ft or so in diameter we need it to be in as great quality as possible. The GOBO company request that the image not be over 99megs and they will reduce the image to the correct size. They want as little compression as possible to maintain details in the final work.
