Single Task Wordpress Plugin For Square Image Padding

Hello, My project consists of the creation of a wordpress plugin that will 1. Automatically convert rectangular images to square images with padding as they are uploaded. 2. Allow me to edit already uploaded rectangular images (more than one at a time) to make them square images with padding. So, if you look at the uploaded file "Pencil+Rectnagle.jpg", that is the example starting image. "Pencil+Square.jpg" is the final product. Important Notes: (Please read all) 1.I should be able to go to the media library and edit individual images and have this feature there, and I also want the plugin to appear in "Bulk Actions" in the media library so that I can pad the images into squares in bulk. 2. I also want to be able to choose my padding color by hex code. The plugin should replace the original images with the new images in the original location. 3. The plugin should be able to recognize whether the image is horizontal or vertical and then pad accordingly to create a square. So a 200x100 image should become 200x200 with padding on the top and bottom and a 100x200 image should also become 200x200 but with padding on the sides. 4. The plugin should be in .zip format. 5.
