Adamma Hostel Management Software

I am getting ready to build a hostel in Nigeria West Africa, with finish date Oct/Nov 2016. I am looking for good Hostel Management Software, either Web Based or Custom Module Software that can cover some basic objectives such as coordinating the operational functions of front office and planning. I am hoping for the software to have the capable of managing the entire process of gaining admission into the hostel, gather student information from registration, room allocation of registered student and managing the records related to attendance, complaints, facilities, room allotment etc. It will be wonderful if the software can work or be integrated with my website, designed by Vista print. I will like the software to have a dashboard where the hostel map and be seen with capability of having color coded rooms occupied in red and vacant in blue and ability to see all the details of students including punch in time and punch out and the ability to know whether payments are made by students in the dashboard. Finally the main dashboard of each person should show recent circulars and activities etc and also bulk sms notification option for each list. It should be completely custom branded with the ability Add Rooms , Show to the user what we provide in the hostel / rooms and See all your bookings on a calendar blocking chart, Be able to split bookings quickly for guests who are room moving during their stay, move existing guests around and make a dorm rooms female or male only
