Hi Chris, thanks for the invite. I'm cerified GA/GTM specialist and I want to help you. I've already made similar projects before, you can check that in the past reviews 1) The issue with the sources. I bet there is a problem with cross domain tracking. Solving this really depends on 1shoppingcart. Ive dealt with it before. To be honest its really problematic to fix that, since before they didnt alliw ti paste ga code at the check out page. Maybe they updated it, we will see. 2) Issues with conversion quantity. As I understood from the attached document, you track conversion by some custom code that fire's and it's different depending on what kind of the user is, new or returning. I should check conversion configs in GA and GTM. Can't say for sure what's the reason Well, I'm looking forward to hear from you soon. Hello Chris, Solution to your problem is very simple it is an issue of cross-domain tracking. As you are sending the user to a different domain from your domain for checkout and visitor comeback on order complete page it is creating a new session and GA is counting it as a direct traffic. I can easily solve this if you have access to both the domains and their GA. Thanks Sunny

Hi Chris, The first issue is a quick fix. Make sure PayPal is added to your referral exclusion list in your property settings. The second issue doesn't seem very tricky but we have to screenshare so you can walk me through the problem. I'd be happy to discuss. Best, Zee
