API and auto system cheak my project :)

please don't wast your time if you will take more then 25$ max 45$ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello, I have an API and I want to connect it to my website with a way that automatically i want to pages for this project client page and admin page (or admin panel) lest start with the client page, the API is ALI Link and only "GET request" that means it's easier so the link has these variables ([login to view URL][host]&port=[port]&network=[vip / basic]&method=[method]&time=[time]&servers=[number_of_servers]) so the host the client will choose an IP from a drop-down menu and the port will be a drop menu it will be 3 options and every option have a different port and method so, for example, option 1 the method = A and port=80, option 2 the method= C and port=22 ... and for the other options will be always the same the username and the password and the network and the time and the servers and the when the client click ok then the prosses goes to the api and hear it's come to the tricky thing, If the method = A then, after 5m from the sending the prosses, the prosses get send again with the same info and after another 15m send the same prosses and after 25m send the same prosses, and if the method =B after 5m from the sending the prosses, the prosses get send again with the same info and after another 60m send the same prosses and after 85m send the same prosses, and then the client can start a new one, but the client can do that thing 5 times in 24h only. so how to identify the client, before the client access this API thing he must put a token, and the token generated from the admin panel. here is the admin panel, from the admin panel the admin add the token for the client manually to add a token i have to add the email of the client and it gives the token and the token generated randomly and saved in the DB and the token Length is 12 token { Include Lowercase Characters: Include Numbers: Include Uppercase Characters: Exclude Similar Characters: } and in the admin panel, I can search for the client by email and the last thing in the admin panel is, I can an up with the same thing on the client page but the difference that in the admin panel the API prosses keep repeating, the first time repeat the prosses in 5m and 15 and 25, and keep repeating every 75m intel I stop the prosses from repeating every time and the prosses saved with the name of the host IP of course, I have to make a skype call to make everything clear ********************************************************************************* and please don't wast your time if you will take more then 35$ max 45$ ********************************************************************************* Regards
