BUild an accounting portal

I need someone to build me an accounting portal something with features like quickbooks online and wave apps. I would also like it to have an integrated payroll solution, if possible. As far as accounting is considered it should be a complete solution inclusive of all the features including but not limited to Track your income and expenses Ability to add and manage multiple accounts (Bank, credit card etc) Import data from Excel Send unlimited estimates and invoices Set up invoices to automatically bill on a recurring schedule Manage and pay bills from vendors Track inventory Create and send purchase orders Also it should have multiple reporting capability including profit/loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement ( Monthly, quarterly, semi annually, annually) It should have a professional layout and not something kids like PS:- BID CHANGE NOT ALLOWED.
