Completing existing website

Work needs to be done for [login to view URL] Im fed up with delays and programmers that arent able to complete the job. PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION before even bidding. I want the website to be completly automated. I want someone to either suggest me a CMS system to use or use the one I have here: [login to view URL] What I want to do is have news on the page like [login to view URL] and videos to be displayed like [login to view URL] please refer to those websites on how they are displayed. If you can custom code me a CMS which I dont prefer but if possible let me knwo that as well. If you budget is exceding what I have please post why you have it exceding and what you will do and the time frame. I need this done ASAP money will be sent right away and great feedback will be left will be beneficial for new accounts.
