Custom WP Job Manager Application form to Bull Horn Integration for candidate application form

I currently have an application process that uses Gravity Forms ([login to view URL]) and then Zapier ([login to view URL]) to pass applications into Bull Horn as a candidate record. [login to view URL] (press the blue APPLY FOR JOB button). There is some functionality missing and I don't think I will be able to continue to use Gravity Forms/Zapier to achieve this. Jobs come through to Word Press via a plugin called WP Black Bull Horn (and the Bull Horn API). The Job title, type and job categories are passing through to the website. This job will probably involve a complete re-code of the form and dropping Zapier What I need to transmit back to Bull Horn, via the application form; 1) The job category needs to be passed in with the candidate application. This will be picked up from the Job (e.g. Accounting) and appended to the candidate [login to view URL]: This needs to hook into the Job Categories entity (not the externalCategoryID currently used on the WP Black BullHorn).[login to view URL] This may mean that the current integration that pulls the Job information down from Bull Horn and into Word Press needs modifying so that this can be [login to view URL] might just mean adding: $postmeta1 = array( '_job_category' => $job->categoryID, to the file '[login to view URL]'. This is just a guess to give insight into what might be required. Access to Word Press, Zapier (if needed) can be provided, but not to Bull Horn for security reasons. 2) Send the candidate to the Job ‘Shortlist’ in Bull Horn Pass back the Job title or ID, so that the candidate falls into the ‘Shortlist’ for the job applied for. The Bullhorn jobOrderID: is being captured (picked up by the API) and displaying on the Job Listing in the back-end of WordPress. Just need to append this to the candidate application so that the details can be passed back in at the Bull Horn end and fall into the correct Job. 3) CV Parsing The CV needs to be 'Parsed' into the candidate record. Parsing a CV extracts all of the important information from the PDF or Word document CV and displays only the edited version. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 4) Send the ‘Source’ through to Bull Horn Applications sent from the website should have the attribute ‘BrookWebsite’ applied when sent. 5) Consultant email Rather than the email going to a generic email address, I want to grab the consultant email from Bull Horn (e.g. the staff member who is handling the job) and email them a copy of the form.
