Customize phonegap app cordova

Hello, I am looking for someone who can start the job right away. I need to modify a phonegap application that accepts cash payments for drivers that is linked to a food delivery system with custom percentages. I need to add amounts, and these amounts need to be deducted based on the quantity of the total order and delivery fee for driver. Example of cash payments 1. Customer pays $300 2. We receive the order in system for a total of $300 3. We send the order to restaurant. Total order $300, subtotal $250, delivery fee $50. 4. After fees (Depending on the fee of each restaurant, each restaurant has a different fee and can be customized on admin panel) Let’s do 30% as an example and 10% for drivers commission. So restaurant will receive a net payment of $175 and driver $45. 5. Since driver is going to receive the total amount for the order which is $300, but will pay out of pocket $175 to restaurant. We will deduct 175+45 from the total amount $300. So, driver will owe to us $80, this includes commissions all commissions. 6. For example if total balance is $100 after deductions it should be $20 since driver is owning money to us. IMPORTANT: If you don't know anything about phonegap or yii please don't make a bid. I rather discuss more about the project with someone who has experience than telling the project and then have to look for someone else after spending minutes discussing about it.
