Find dataTables search from four csv files, displaying result as dataTables

I am looking for php/bootstrap/dataTable finding medical product by name, SUKL_CODE(id) and active substance name, example (web page is more more detailed) [login to view URL] All product is from four csv files dlp_lecivepripravky- database of SUKL_CODE, where in name, strengh of medical product (column SILA) or supplement of name (column DOPLNEK), LL colum, which id comma separated ID active substance name (from csv file where ID is KOD_LATKY) and files from file [login to view URL] which is as links as in exemple, for [login to view URL] and MA status from file [login to view URL] which is ID REG and I want tu display NAZEV from this table. I prefer clear php, filterig by dataTables, seach by Sukl code, Name ob medical Product, and substances names (not ID) a allowing downloading documents . Search for all values with space as enables dataTables plugin. After that I want to allow selecting only one row by adding button (SELECT) and copy that id (SUKL_CODE), Name, strenght (SILA Value) to databese or alerting these values.
