I need someone the 100% familiar with the following WP Woocommerce plugin and Woocommerce Variations. "Improved Variable Product Attributes for WooCommerce Plugin" Here's the problem. I have this plugin installed and being used. Now my VA is telling me she can't use it anymore as she can't add anymore variations. After contacting the developer he has stated that there are no problems with the plugin. I need to have the plugin updated/installed with out deleting the old data. Then I need to know If I can continue to use this plugin or do I need a new plugin. Installing a New plugin if needed. Can two of these plugins be run at the same time? The issue of this plugin not working properly needs to be resolved.

I can start working immidiately and will fix the plugin issue but before update the plugin..we need to take backup of data ,. check the plugin functionality, why you are unable to add more variation? without checking the situation.
