Fix sliding text issue and delete index.php/ from adresses in Joomla

Hi, I have some sliding text problem in my Joomla website - the text in some of the pages is sliding on the photo so it's very hard to read it in 1366X768 resolution for example. I have the problem in those pages for example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL]%D7%9E%D7%99-%D7%90%D7%A0%D7%97%D7%A0%D7%[login to view URL] [login to view URL]%D7%9C%D7%A7%D7%95%D7%97%D7%95%D7%AA-%D7%9E%D7%9E%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%A6%D7%99%D7%[login to view URL] So it will be easy to read to text. I also having a problem deleting the [login to view URL] from the pages url by the "Use URL rewriting". I should be an easy job.
