Green-field web/cloud based application for trucking industry

Starting a green-field web/cloud based application that will track operations, management and revenue for the trucking industry. The target users will be drivers, owner/operators and small fleet owners. Planning for agile style development starting small and with simple functions, adding features along the way. Release 0.1 will be to track load information over a monthly bases. After that, fuel purchases, state mileage aspects, maintenance logs and schedules, accounting features like expense tracking, document archiving of permits, receipts, statements, etc. Plan to also use CSV importing and web scraping to gather information. May also add access via MS OneDrive, Dropbox and Google Drive for file storages. Access will be by website initially, probably adding mobile apps to the picture at some point. The project will be hosted in Microsoft Azure but later might have additional sites/environments to handle some functions. To project: Development will be through Visual Studio Online using Git and Agile. Development should be in Visual Studio IDE. Azure will initially be the targeted platform Strong adherence to DDD ( Domain-Driven Design) Strong adherence to TDD ( Test-Driven Design) [login to view URL] for testing Expect lots of refactoring as time and the project progress MS Authentication/Identity system to include a single person to be able to login with user/email & password directly as well as Google, Microsoft and Facebook ID’s & etc. Latest MVC 5 version with expectation to convert to MVC 6 as soon as Azure supports it. Commits and details needed for each individual step so I can follow progress. Visual Studio Online with Git for repo and storage My ideal Lead will have the following: Be able to guide me through the development processes Adhere to and believe in DDD and be well versed in its implementation Visual Studio Online using Git and Agile Comforatable with [login to view URL] & TDD Commitment to quality, documented, well reasoned coding and architecture Versed in WebAPI, MVC, C# I will serve as the Domain Expert and Project Manager. I am seeking a Lead Developer to handle the bulk of the project. Initially, I am concerned with quality architecture and operations to build on. The final UI/UX and mobile apps can be outsourced to other contractors, as well as specific API integrations like the Google Drive, etc. if needed. I have a fantastic Graphic Artist at my disposable as well. I know enough coding to hack and be dangerous, but I need a good lead to actually do the work. I do work as a driver as well, so availability and timing may be delayed based on my work load. Email will be my desired primary communication method. I am looking to develop a long term relationship for this project and I have a few more I considering for the future.
