Need a developer that is a smart problem solver to work on a Yii 1 website

Looking for a small team of experienced Yii 1 developers that don't have a problem with complex coding. You must be professional, have good communication skills and check to make sure your completed work is working correctly before passing it off as completed. Please, no slackers! I need this work to be completed as quickly as possible, bug free! Give realistic time frames for the completion of this work. Placement bids will be ignored. I need someone that has a great deal of experience in dealing with PayPal API integrations. Do not bid on this project if you don't meet the qualifications, skills and experience to complete the entirety of the work requirements correctly.
