Need SILVERSTRIPE expert to add simple Inbox feature to an existing website.

Hi There My team has made several Silver Stripe sites over the past couple of years and have decided to focus in building on this CMS as we have built up a good deal of technical knowledge in this respect. I have also applied for the silverstripe partner program due to our knowledge base on this platform and am trying to increase our SS expertise and client base. My certification is likely to be completed by end Feb 17. Qs and comments at this stage: 1)Do you need real time a simple text message inbox functionality? 2)Incase it is a text message inbox instead of a chat functionality, do you also need the option wherein users can block a user from sending a message to them? 3)Incase you need a real time chat functionality, we can integrate a third party chat module. This chat module can allow the users to interact between each other. At the same time, it can allow any user to chat with the admin real time. 4)Monitor : Can the admin edit/delete/block a user or a chat between two users? 5)Admin sending messages to client : We assume that this will be in the form of an email from the admin to the clients who donot exist in the customer database? Is it so? If so, do you want to allow the admin to save email templates that can be re-used?
